Ph3Senior Technical Program Manager – IET Cordant Digital Delivery /h3 pAs the Industrial Energy Technology (IET) Industrial Solutions (IS) Senior Technical Program Manager, you will lead enterprise‑scale subscription management transformation across the Cordant™ portfolio and the broader IET/Baker Hughes digital ecosystem from a digital transformation perspective. This role owns the digital and operational foundation of Software Go‑To‑Market, drives and shapes subscription management capabilities, and enables scalable recurring revenue. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul libSubscription management strategy solutioning /b ul liLead the definition and execution of the to‑be subscription management and digital monetization solution, covering Quote, Order, Renewals, Upsell/Cross‑Sell, Software entitlement licensing, Billing, revenue recognition inputs, and ARR analytics /li liSupport software product API monetization and drive a scalable, repeatable Quote‑to‑Cash architecture applicable to Cordant/IET and extensible across Baker Hughes digital businesses /li liTranslate business growth objectives (ARR, digital revenue, margin) into executable digital programs and roadmaps /li /ul /li libCross‑Functional Program Leadership /b ul liLead complex, cross‑functional programs involving Product Management Engineering, Commercial Operations Sales Ops, Finance (Billing, Revenue, FPA), Enterprise Architecture, Security, and Compliance /li liEstablish strong program governance, dependency management, and decision forums at senior stakeholder level /li liAct as the single‑threaded leader accountable for outcomes, not just delivery /li /ul /li libFinancial Analytics Business Insights Enablement /b ul liPartner with Finance and Data teams to ensure the solution enables accurate ARR tracking and forecasting, subscription lifecycle analytics, and product‑ and customer‑level revenue insights /li liEnsure digital solutions support enterprise financial transparency and auditability /li /ul /li libDelivery Excellence Execution /b ul liDrive end‑to‑end delivery from concept through go‑live and scaled adoption /li liManage program plans, risks, dependencies, and value realization /li liEnsure alignment with Baker Hughes digital, security, and enterprise architecture standards /li /ul /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field /li li10+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, Digital Transformation, or Enterprise Systems delivery /li liProven experience leading large‑scale, cross‑functional digital programs spanning multiple business functions /li liStrong understanding of Quote‑to‑Cash, Order‑to‑Revenue, or Subscription business models /li liExperience working with or integrating enterprise platforms such as: ul liERP (e.g., SAP) /li liCRM / CPQ (e.g., Salesforce, BigMachines) /li liLicensing / Entitlement platforms (e.g., Flexera Revenera or similar) /li /ul /li liAbility to operate at enterprise and executive stakeholder level, with strong communication and influence skills /li liGood interpersonal and leadership skills /li liDemonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems /li liSelf‑driven and exploratory of alternate technology and approaches to solve problems /li liAbility to work well with global teams, including time‑zone flexibility /li /ul h3Preferred / Differentiating Experience /h3 ul liExperience with subscription management, recurring revenue, or SaaS monetization models /li liExposure to financial analytics, ARR metrics, or revenue lifecycle reporting /li liExperience working with ISV partners and third‑party vendors /li liBackground in energy, industrial, or complex B2B software environments /li liExperience scaling solutions across multiple business units or global organizations /li /ul h3Leadership Behavioral Expectations /h3 ul liStrong business and systems thinking mindset—connects technology delivery to revenue outcomes /li liComfortable navigating ambiguity and evolving strategy, with the ability to structure problems and drive clarity /li liCollaborative leader who can align diverse stakeholders without direct authority /li liHigh accountability, outcome‑driven, and execution focused /li /ul h3Benefits /h3 ul liWorking flexible hours – flexing the times when you work in the day to help you fit everything in and work when you are the most productive /li liContemporary work‑life balance policies and wellbeing activities /li liComprehensive private medical care options /li liSafety net of life insurance and disability programs /li liTailored financial programs /li liAdditional elected or voluntary benefits /li /ul pBaker Hughes Company is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
