During S.p.A. is authorized by the Ministry of Labour pursuant to Legislative Decree 276/03 (Authorization Def. Min. Lav. Prot.1180/SG of 13/12/04), with branches throughout the national territory, including Florence (FI).
We are seeking to hire a Maintenance Technician (Thermo-Hydraulic) for a company specializing in the maintenance of thermo-hydraulic systems.
The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for:
* Verifying the proper functioning of all systems with particular attention to safety criteria;
* Daily checks to ensure climatic conditions meet the prescribed standards;
* Intervening in case of system malfunctions through repair or replacement of electrical or mechanical parts;
* Scheduling the on/off times of systems according to regulations;
* Performing routine maintenance activities;
* Reporting system malfunctions or faults;
* Checking the condition of doors, windows, blinds, bathrooms, etc., to carry out necessary repairs or replacements.
Requirements:
* Electrical, mechanical, and thermo-hydraulic skills;
* Experience in medium and large boilers, heat pumps, and chiller maintenance;
* Completion of safety, fire prevention, and first aid training courses;
* Possession of PES-PAV-PEI certification;
* Basic knowledge of computer tools.
The company operates in the multiservice sector, and the workplace is located in the Florence south area (FI).
The working hours are full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, from 7:30 to 14:30, with a return from 19:00 to 20:00, and on-call availability on weekends from 14:00-15:00 and 19:00-20:00.
An initial fixed-term contract is offered, with prospects for permanent employment.
