The role
You will be responsible for developing sales across selected European markets — including Germany, Switzerland, France, Belgium, and potentially Eastern Europe.
The exact markets will be defined based on your background, network, and language skills.
The role is strongly focused on newbusiness development, with roughlytwo weeks of travel per month,and close collaboration with the internal sales team in Italy.
Reporting directly to the Sales Director, you'll take the lead in buildingnew relationships, identifyinggrowth opportunities, and driving the company'sinternational expansion.
Key responsibilities
Develop business in assigned export markets, focusing on flexible packaging clients
Identify, visit, and secure new customers and distributors
Manage relationships with existing international accounts
Monitor market trends and competitors
Collaborate with customer service and technical teams to ensure smooth project delivery
Requirements
Proven sales experience inflexible or plastic packaging
Fluency inItalian,English,Frenchand/orGerman; any additional language will be considered a plus
Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness todevelop marketsalmost from scratch
Open to regulartravel(approx. 50%)
