- You reply to requests from our customers by phone, mail and through social media (i.e. Facebook and Instagram)
- You are outcome-oriented and customer-focused and you support our customers in making the right decision
- You receive feedback from our customers with an open mind and together with your team you actively strive to improve the structures
- You cultivate relations with our customers and achieve customer satisfaction through creating the ideal customer journey **Your Skills**: - You have previous experience in the area of customer service, retail, hotel business or catering
- You are a humorous and easygoing teamplayer, you keep your cool even in the most hectic situations and you would like to bring our service to the next level
- You are reliable and work very organized
