Ph3Retail Sales Manager North Puglia /h3 pBari, BA, IT, 70032 /p h3What are we looking for /h3 pThe Cosentino team is looking for a Retail Sales Manager to cover North Puglia (Bari, Barletta/Andria and Foggia). /p pYou will be responsible for our strategy and relationship with our clients, ensuring the sales and promotion of our Cosentino products. Acquiring new and maintaining current customers will be part of your responsibilities, as well as understanding what they are looking for in order to achieve their short‑and long‑term expectations to ensure delivery of the best of our services, generate demand, through appropriate care and service to the different sales channels for the company: knowledge of the kitchen, and the stone industry is desirable. A willingness to work with KB stores, Fabricators and interior designers to generate leads. /p h3What you will do /h3 pAs a Retail Sales Manager, you will be responsible for our strategy and relationship with our clients, ensuring the sales and promotion of our Cosentino products. Acquiring new and maintaining current customers will be part of your responsibilities, as well as understanding what they are looking for to achieve their short‑and long‑term expectations to ensure delivery of the best of our services. /p pYou will serve as our client’s main point of contact, helping them to reach their goals and ensuring a continued, positive, and profitable relationship for both sides. To be a successful Account Manager with us you will work with different segments: /p h3Sales /h3 ul liDevelop and maintain current product knowledge to present to customers. /li liPresent and sell company products and services to current and potential clients within the remodeling, home improvement, cabinet makers, builders, and fabrication. /li liResponsible for overall sales of the assigned territory. /li /ul h3Customer Service /h3 ul liEnsure customers have adequate marketing materials to support sales, including samples, brochures, and other collateral supplies, such as display towers. /li liManage customer relationships by resolving client concerns, ensuring customers are set up in CRM System, providing price quotes, scheduling weekly visits, etc. /li liIncrease market share by elevating the number of displays and point‑of‑purchase materials within assigned territory. /li /ul h3Business Intelligence /h3 ul liPrepare action plans to identify specific targets and to project the number of contacts to be made. /li liCollaborate with Cosentino Corporate staff, Cosentino Center staff, and other Account Managers as needed to accomplish goals. /li liWork with General Manager and Sales Team to execute business strategy for all customer segments in the area (home centers, KB, Fabricators, etc.). /li /ul h3What you need to succeed /h3 h3Professional Experience /h3 ul li4+ years of sales or field merchandising experience. /li li2+ years of proven capacity to interact with multiple levels within all faces with commercial industry projects. /li /ul h3Knowledge /h3 ul liExperience with Customer database, Salesforce preferred. /li liStone fabrication or distribution experience. /li /ul h3What we do offer /h3 ul liWith an international mindset and presence in 100+ countries. /li liWith an amazing growth story, sustained by an extraordinary innovation with products such as Silestone®, Dekton® and Sensa by Cosentino®. /li liIn which you will be able to demonstrate your great sales set skills and grow your career in a challenging project. /li /ul h3About Cosentino /h3 pAt COSENTINO, our purpose is to inspire People through innovative and sustainable spaces.
