You will collaborate with global teams, visit customer sites, and work closely with clients to understand their operations, identify needs, and shape solutions that deliver measurable results. /p pThis role turns technical insight into strategic influence and long‑term partnerships into sustained business growth. /p pThe Business Development Manager focuses on market creation and opportunity definition, while commercial execution and contract negotiations remain the responsibility of the regional and product line sales teams. /p pWhen you join Fuller, you become part of a global organization that backs your expertise, values collaboration, and invests in people — building opportunities that last, for both customers and careers. /p h3About The Department /h3 pThis position will be based in bItaly /b, reflecting the close and continuous interaction with Product Line technical and sales specialists. /p h3Your Responsibilities /h3 ul liReport directly to the Product Line Head of Sales /li liDrive market entry strategy for new building materials segments in line with Product Line priorities /li liConduct market and competitive analysis to identify growth segments, trends, and structural opportunities /li liMap regional ecosystems, including key players, technologies, and unmet needs /li liDefine and qualify new opportunities up to commercial readiness, ensuring clear scope, value proposition, and go‑to‑market approach /li liProvide structured market input to Product Management on customer needs, gaps, and roadmap priorities /li liEnable Sales Specialists through opportunity framing, technical positioning, and value storytelling prior to commercial negotiation /li liBuild and maintain a global opportunity pipeline focused on new markets and products (pre‑order intake) /li liLead global go‑to‑market initiatives and support sales teams with launch guidance, tools, and playbooks /li liEnsure clear handover of qualified opportunities to Sales for execution and negotiation /li /ul h3What You Bring /h3 ul liProven experience in market analysis, strategy, or business development /li liBackground in building materials and industrial markets /li liAbility to translate market insights into opportunity definitions, go‑to‑market actions, and product roadmap inputs /li liExperience working cross‑functionally with Sales, Product, and Strategy teams /li liStrong stakeholder management skills /li liStrong relationship‑building skills /li liAnalytical mindset with the ability to structure data and define KPIs /li liClear communicator with the ability to influence at a global level /li liItalian language proficiency /li /ul pAs an equal opportunity employer, Fuller Technologies embraces diversity and equality by promoting an environment of inclusion.
