Requirements
* Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
* Excellent communication skills with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
* Previous customer service experience is beneficial but not required.
* Friendly, proactive, and adaptable with great interpersonal skills.
