Sales Manager, Italy, Personal Care Oleochemicals – Italy (Remote) - Multibillion Euro Manufacturer
Irving Knight has partnered with a 120-year-old, family owned €5b manufacturer of specialty chemicals to identify a Sales Manager (individual contributor), within the global Personal Care business unit; This role will be focused on the Italian market specifically. Reporting to the Head of Business Unit Personal Care (directly) and Managing Director of Italy (indirectly), you will be solely responsible for driving the growth of the business unit across the country, with up to 50% travel.
Utilize product knowledge and sales/product management experience to clearly deliver the value proposition.
Stay on top of and provide analyses of industry changes, emerging markets, and market shifts as well as new products and competitive landscapes.
Represent your employer as a leader in the industry through conferences, industry events, social media platforms, etc.
Incorporate appropriate sales techniques when prospecting new customers, ensuring effective communication of the brand and market presence.
Move prospects through the sales process to secure new business.
Prepare and delive
