* Support business development through roadshows and workshops.
* Serve as the technical expert during sales pitches and meetings, handling technical communication and solutions.
* Build and maintain relationships with partners, establishing trust through technical expertise and understanding client needs.
* Prepare technical materials and presentations for pre-sales support.
* Provide product training and ensure partners understand EcoFlow’s USPs.
* Gather feedback from clients and partners to help improve EcoFlow products, working closely with R&D.
* Assist partners in customizing solutions for commercial success based on your technical insights.
Your profile includes:
* Bachelor's degree or higher in science or engineering; electrical engineering, electro-mechanical, or related fields preferred.
* At least 3 years of experience in customer communication and pre-sales technical support, preferably in residential energy storage.
* Strong self-motivation and proactive attitude; ability to work independently and in teams.
* Excellent communication skills; comfortable with customer-facing roles and group training.
* Ability to understand customer needs and find solutions independently.
* Passion for the industry and willingness to learn continuously.
* Fluency in English and Italian is essential; additional languages like French, German, Polish, or Dutch are a plus.
