Apply today and help us build a more inclusive, sustainable future in the world of satellite technology /ppbJob Overview: /b /ppAs a bDelivery Manager /b, you will work closely to different functions inside Eutelsat (Engineering, IT, Operations, Commercial and Legal team), leading coordination activities and supporting the Delivery team to assure that business objectives are met consistently for both internal and external customers. Your technical background combined to your superior communication skills will be the foundation to lead multi-discipline and technical initiatives. /ppSuccessful candidates will have a strong project management and system design background. As well as be detail oriented, self-driven, excellent problem-solving abilities and able to drive many activities in parallel. /ppbWho You Are: /b /ppYou have a natural leadership in driving change and coordinating efforts across multiple groups to achieve business goals. With a talent for navigating customer-facing challenges, you bridge gaps to fulfil contractual commitments effectively. You thrive in fast-paced environments and are ready to build a robust network within our organization. /ppbWhat You’ll Do: /b /pulliYou will coordinate activities in the satellite internet connectivity domain, managing service implementation requests and providing both internal and external customers clarity on the activities to complete, comprehensive understanding of requirements and btechnical analysis /b results from technical teams and detailed bplanning /b. /liliYou will ensure customer satisfaction and deliverable quality by bmanaging business request priorities /b, defining bclear execution plans /b and anticipating potential issues. /liliYou will coordinate activities acrossb multiple functional teams /b to align with business objectives, getting rid of any roadblock to revenue and clearly communicating objectives, plans, issues, and risks to key stakeholders. /liliYou will bdevelop /b and bpromote best practices /b for business support bprocesses /b and bgovernance /b, contributing to bcontinuous /b bimprovement /b initiatives within the team. /liliYou will apply, implement, and continuously improve the bDemand Management Process /b to address demand requests from both internal and external customers, with a focus on the bStreamlined Demand Management /b domain. /liliYou will facilitate the handover of responsibilities and knowledge transfer to technical and operational teams involved in the implementation phase of the customer services. /li /ulpbWhat it Takes: /b /pulliPreferred master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science and Information Technology, or a related field, or a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or a related field with some experience in telecom. /lili5+ years of customer facing bTechnical Product /b or bProject Management experience /bin TLC companies or related industries including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience. /liliFamiliarity with bProduct Development /b practices and processes executing/delivering product and btechnical roadmaps /b. /liliExperience in bproject management /b, certifications such as bPMI PMP or Prince2 /b being a plus. /liliGood knowledge of bTelecommunication and IT systems /b with particular focus on bsatellite and networking systems /b /lilibDemonstrated leadership /b, with the ability to banticipate needs /bandb prioritise effectively /b. You proactively drive progress toward achieving objectives with a commercial mindset and a bcustomer-first, can-do attitude /b. /lilibExcellent written /b and bverbal communication skills /b, capable of bridging gaps between C-level executives and subject matter experts while building trust with customers and partners. /liliStrong bdecision-making skills /b, effectively prioritizing multiple issues and requests while clearly communicating plans to stakeholders. /lilibExceptional team spirit /b, with a focus on mentoring, training, and using a coaching approach to bring out the best in others. /liliAbility to implement new processes or procedures and promote best practices. /lilibProficiency level /b in written and spoken bEnglish /b (C1/C2).
