Position: temporary fixed term – 1 year
Location: Milan, Italy
Reporting to: Marketing Manager

Your responsibilities
- Undertake marketing duties for marketing activities and campaigns, such as lead management, supplier management, subscriptions, and invoicing
- Work with the marketing and product specialists to oversee the planning and operational delivery of all events, exhibitions, and workshops
- Support the product specialists with tender submissions. Market scanning and submission coordination, ensuring all opportunities are identified and acted on in a timely manner
- Responsible for logistic activities related to events, on the field and with back-office operations
- Support the creation and distribution of digital marketing content, including additions to the Italian website and social media
- Manage the design and brand image for all collateral and marketing assets, ensuring brochures, videos and images are up to date, organized and in line with brand identity
- Ensure the customer database is maintained and accurate
- Work with product managers, clinical specialists, and customers to develop training and implementation materials
- Monitor and report the results of marketing activities
What are we looking for in you?
- Marketing background, preferably in a medical device or med-tech industry; this would be a huge plus
- Fluent in Italian and English, both written and verbal
- Extensive understanding of Microsoft Office suite
- Happy to work autonomously in the role, offering innovative solutions and looking for future development
- Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines
- Excellent planning and organisational skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to plan and prioritise workload
- Attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to travel approximately 20% of the time
