The Country Hacker will work closely with the Sales Director to expand the distribution of the Future Farm brand across Italy and support local partner operations.
* Support local partners in expanding the distribution model across channels such as Retail, Wholesale, and Foodservice.
* Collaborate with marketing and trade marketing teams on innovative, lean, and impactful activities to build awareness, digital partnerships, and consumer engagement for the Future Farm brand in the market.
* Take full ownership of the sales budget, forecast, and expense tracking for commercial activities.
* Handle administrative tasks related to commercial management, including weekly priorities, monthly planning, quarterly meetings, and developing tools to improve on/off trade executions.
* This role offers growth opportunities within the country, region, or internationally as the company expands globally.
Requirements
* At least 3 years of experience in sales roles such as Key Account Manager, Sales Executive, Regional Sales Manager, or Distributor Manager in the FMCG sector.
* Experience in export/import sales within or to other continents and the EU.
* Experience in listing new or innovative brands, businesses, or products across key retailers at the national or regional level.
* Availability to travel; ability to work well under pressure and autonomously.
* Proficiency in spreadsheets and creating compelling presentations.
* Analytical, data-driven, with the ability to derive insights and build clear argumentations; performance-oriented with consumer-centric thinking.
* Must have a valid work permit for Italy.
Preferred Qualifications
* Strong network in GDO with experience with key retailers such as Esselunga, Conad, Coop, Carrefour, and/or Horeca B2B sales.
* Prior experience in the food sector, especially Chill, Frozen, BIO, and healthy products.
* Experience working in startups.
Note: You will be working from the Reggio Emilia offices twice a week; therefore, easy access to this location is important. Milan or Bologna are preferred locations.
