Job Overview:
* Drive the growth of the Solar Module sales business, identifying and capitalizing on market opportunities.
* Conduct regional market analysis, focusing on supply/demand trends, government policies, competitors’ activities, and distributor and installer performance.
* Build strong relationships with potential partners, including distributors, installers, and consultants, with tailored strategies.
* Establish and meet quarterly and annual sales targets through proactive initiatives.
* Support regional marketing efforts such as exhibitions, presentations, and product launches.
* Prepare sales reports for management, tracking progress.
* Gather and analyze customer feedback and market trends to shape product strategy.
* Engage with industry players to align product offerings with their needs.
* Develop proposals for customer tenders, optimizing products technically and commercially.
* Identify new market segments and expansion opportunities.
* Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers on product delivery and schedules.

Key Requirements:
