Job Description\nThe Product Manager owns the end-to-end success of the product—from vision and business case definition through development, launch, and lifecycle management. Acting as a mini-CEO, the PM ensures strategic alignment, cross-functional coordination, and sustainable business performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Product Strategy & Portfolio
\n
- Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with company priorities and market evolution.
\n
- Ensure strong portfolio positioning and clear contribution to application domain development.
\n
- Translate customer needs into clear product concepts and requirements.
\n
- Market & Customer Insight
\n
- Lead market and competitive analysis, including benchmarking by application.
\n
- Drive structured Voice of Customer initiatives and early adopter engagement to validate concepts and refine messaging.
\n
- Positioning, Pricing & Business Case
\n
- Define value proposition, differentiation, and pricing strategy by segment and geography.
\n
- Own and continuously update segmented business cases, ensuring cross-functional alignment and realistic execution plans across stage gates (CP1–CP7).
\n
- Monitor account planning in collaboration with Sales.
\n
- Go-To-Market Execution
\n
- Define and support GTM strategy in partnership with Product Marketing Manager, ensuring product readiness and consistent positioning.
\n
- Guide product presence at tradeshows and key customer engagements.
\n
- Performance & Lifecycle Management
\n
- Monitor product KPIs and drive corrective actions.
\n
- Optimize lifecycle (cost, platform leverage, phase-out).
\n
- Lead sales planning and demand forecasting in coordination with Sales and Supply Chain.
\n
\nRequirements\nEducation: Master’s degree in Economics, Engineering, or a related discipline (or equivalent qualification).\nLanguages: Italian, English fluent\n
Experience: 4/5 years of experience as Product Manager in B2B preferably in Tech industry. Previous experiences in international company and markets.
