Job Opening: Booking Specialist Young Tour Operator is looking for a Booking Specialist to join our small, friendly team and support our reservation office. We operate in food tourism, running tours in several Italian cities, and we’re looking for someone organized, proactive, and customer-oriented to be the key link between our tour guides on the ground and our back-office operations. Contract Details - Contract: fixed-term - Period: March - November 2026 - Working hours: 28 hours per week - Work arrangement: hybrid, with alternating on-site and remote work days - Weekends: availability required to cover shifts 3 weekends out of 4 per month; on weekend workdays, all activities are carried out exclusively remotely: - Compensation: in accordance with the National Collective Labor Agreement (CCNL) for Tourism and Travel Agencies, approximately €1,100 gross per month Enjoy the flexibility of hybrid work, a small team of friendly colleagues, and a role that lets you stay in touch with both customers and guides across ItalyRequirements - University degree - Fluent in English (minimum C1) and Italian - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail - Available to work weekends during the tourist season - Preferred: prior experience as a reservationist or in customer care Duties - Adding reservations to the booking software and Google Calendar - Answering phone calls in fluent English - Coordinating tour guide calendars and schedules - Building and maintaining relationships with new partners - Acting as the operational bridge between guides and back-office operations You’ll be at the heart of the action, helping our customers, supporting our guides, and keeping everything running smoothly—all while enjoying the flexibility of hybrid work and a supportive team environment.
