Key Responsibilities

* Accurately document customer interactions in CRM systems
* Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot and solve customer issues
* Stay updated on products, services, and company policies to provide accurate information
* Provide feedback and contribute to the continuous improvement of customer service processes
Requirements

* Fluency in Italian (both spoken and written) is mandatory; proficiency in English is a plus
* Previous customer service or customer solutions experience is preferred
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Excellent problem-solving skills and customer-oriented approach
