TRADE MARKETING MANAGER
We are looking for a Trade Marketing Manager to lead premium solution activation across markets, ensuring consistent brand experience and strong collaboration with sales, chefs, partners, and training teams. The role manages a team of specialists and drives key trade initiatives, events, and customer‑facing activities that strengthen brand perception and commercial impact, ensuring effective central governance.
Responsibilities
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Manage trade execution of premium solutions across channels and markets.
- Define guidelines for exhibitions, events, cooking demos, showrooms ensuring consistent implementation.
- Lead the Chef Academy and the showroom guest’s management.
- Create and standardize Cooking Demo formats to support local execution.
- Create the Training Academy learning programs for partners, dealers, and internal teams
- Support chefs start‑up on site.
- Coordinate events and exhibitions in collaboration with sales, product management and chef teams.
- Use CRM to track leads, event results, and campaign performance.
- Manage partnerships and define guidelines to support local activation.
Qualifications
