Let/'s dive right in:- Prepare, manage, and submit tenders for DC and AC chargers, ensuring compliance with existing and upcoming norms and regulations in the region.- Generate leads and drive multi‑channel business development to expand our presence in the EV charging market. Advise Sungrow customers throughout their e‑mobility journey, offering on‑site visits, technical trainings, and remote support.- Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, industry peers, and suppliers.- Develop and nurture a strategic account pipeline to foster long‑term growth.- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including product managers, operations, service, and marketing, to deliver comprehensive solutions.- Monitor regional EV charging market developments, providing recommendations and strategies to meet customer needs.- Provide regular updates on local market trends, insights, reports, and forecasts to management.- Participate in exhibitions and seminars to build brand awareness and expand outreach.Your profileIn order to fit in this role and be happy for a long time, your ideal background should look a lot like this:- Possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a similar engineering field with a focus on energy, or a business/marketing degree.- Bring a minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and account management within the e‑mobility industry. Demonstrate strong technical knowledge in E‑Mobility solutions.- Be fluent in Italian and English (C1 level); Mandarin Chinese is a plus.- Exhibit a willingness to travel up to 40% for customer visits, fairs, and events.Why us?Joining Sungrow means becoming part of a global leader in renewable energy with over 28 years of experience.
