We are looking for a Senior Sales Manager to drive luxury group volume and wholesale partnerships across key global markets.
Your Mission
Maximize group revenue from luxury leisure, incentive programs, buyouts and strategic wholesale accounts through proactive outreach and smart commercial strategy.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and execute strategic account plans
- Hunt and grow high-value luxury group accounts
- Lead wholesale contracting and incentive negotiations
- Monitor KPIs (revenue, ADR, room nights, market share)
- Represent W Rome at international luxury travel events
- Partner with Revenue & Operations to ensure commercial excellence
What You Bring
- 4–6+ years in luxury hotel sales or travel trade
- Strong wholesale and group contracting background
- Proven revenue growth track record
- Solid international luxury network
- Analytical mindset & negotiation strength
- Fluent English, willingness to travel
