About the Role As a Sales Executive you will conduct restaurant acquisition efforts and to help manage the Kitch restaurant community in Italy. It will be up to you to develop the relationships with restaurants and create the right conditions for them to join Kitch. You will understand what the restaurants need and, with that input, you will ensure we are developing the most interesting and useful products. You will be crucial for Kitch’s growth in the Italian market. This is a great opportunity to join a small, young and growing team. Responsibilities - Generate and qualify new leads through various channels. - Establish, develop and maintain positive relationships in the territory. - Educate customers on how Kitch can benefit them. - Work with other teams to manage efforts to add the most value to restaurants in the Kitch community - from discussing product and pricing, to marketing efforts. - Be able to execute in short-term sprints while maintaining a vision for long-term sustained benefit. - Work towards monthly targets and KPI’s. Requirements: - Undergraduate or master’s degree. - At least 2 years of sales experience, ideally with SaaS. - Experience conducting outbound activities, e.g. cold calls/prospecting. - Being native or very fluent in Italian, and strong in English. - Autonomous and self-motivated. - Ability to work effectively with people at all levels in an organization. - Proactive, organized, and a positive, solution-oriented mindset. - Used to work with KPIs and target driven.
