As an exclusive partner of other brands in the sports sector we offer our entire know how in communication, sales and image building. /p pWe are a team of more than 1000 employees in 11 countries worldwide – a group of adventurers and dreamers, mountaineers, looking for their next peak. /p pAt Salewa we are looking for a Product Manager Apparel who works closely with the Sr Product Manager to translate the brand strategy into a clear and competitive seasonal collection framework. /p pThis role ensures the development of apparel and accessories product lines, in alignment with market needs, brand positioning, and business objectives. /p pWorking cross-functionally, the Product Manager delivers high-quality, performance-driven products on time and at the right price, leveraging consumer insights and market trends. /p h3Tasks and Responsibilities /h3 ul liContribute to developing the seasonal product line plan and category matrix in line with the brand’s strategic direction /li liContribute to defining and delivering detailed product briefs (features, design, functionality, target costs, and quality standards) to guide Design and Product Development teams /li liSupport the translation of the brand’s financial objectives into a concrete category business plan, including product concepts, price positioning, and sales potential /li liCollect and analyze market, sales, and consumer feedback to support line planning and continuous product improvement /li liAnalyze competitors, pricing strategies, and market trends to identify opportunities and support future product direction /li liWork closely with Design and Development teams throughout the product creation process, ensuring alignment with product briefs and key milestones /li liCollaborate with Marketing to define product storytelling and support communication with relevant product insights and technical information /li liPresent product concepts and features during sales meetings and internal training to ensure strong product knowledge across teams /li liMonitor product costs and margins to support category profitability and business targets /li liSupport product lifecycle management, driving continuous improvement based on performance analysis (sell-in and sell-out) /li /ul h3Profile /h3 ul liDegree in Economics, Marketing, Communication, Industrial/Product Design or comparable education /li li5+ years of experience in a Product Management role preferably within the sporting goods or outdoor industry /li liStrong understanding of the product creation process and product lifecycle /li liFinancial acumen with understanding of sales performance, margins, and merchandising dynamics /li liAnalytical skills with the ability to interpret sell-through data and product performance /li liExcellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills /li liPlanning and organizational skills /li liVery good English skills; Italian or German is a plus /li liAvailability to travel internationally /li liPassion for mountain and outdoor sports /li /ul h3Workplace /h3 pBolzano or Montebelluna, IT /p pIf you are interested to work in a challenging, international and dynamic environment then apply now! /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
