Civil & Structural Materials & Work Quantities Estimating & Management Specialist
Key Activities & Responsibilities:
* Estimate materials and works in bidding stage, on the basis Group Leader’s guidelines;
* Issue the accounting of materials and works, checking the correct application of method of measurements and Sub-contractor’s charges;
* Issue the current estimates of materials and works during the engineering stage, on the basis of the data and information conveyed by the Civil Project Leader.
* Guarantee the quality of the generated deliverables and their compliance with the contractual and company standards, procedures and work instructions;
Personal Attributes:
* Technical Diploma of Geometra
* minimum 8 years of experience in civil engineering in plant engineering companies in the petrochemical, oil & gas, power fields;
* past experience as a Estimating Engineer or Construction Quantity Surveyor;
* past experience at Site;
* fluent English speaker and writer;
* availability to travel for short and long period in Italy and abroad.
