We are looking for a Junior Group & Events Travel Agent
The role supports the operational management of requests related to groups, corporate events, meetings, collective itineraries, and customized travel solutions, working closely with clients, internal teams, suppliers, and partners.
It is ideal for someone who wants to grow in the business travel industry with a specific focus on group travel, corporate events, travel logistics, and complex operational requests.
Responsibilities
- Manage the main operational phases of group and event requests: needs analysis, solution sourcing, option proposal, negotiation, confirmation, and follow‑up.
- Coordinate key travel and logistics services: flights, hotels, transfers, trains, and associated group trip services.
- Interface with clients, Sales, Customer Success, suppliers, and partners to ensure smooth, clear, and professional request handling.
- Negotiate with partners and suppliers to achieve conditions aligned with client needs and business margin objectives.
- Ensure adherence to timelines, procedures, commercial conditions, and budget throughout the process.
- Prepare and maintain necessary operational documentation such as contracts, rooming lists, vouchers, operational recaps, and reports.
- Monitor deadlines, options, cancellation conditions, confirmations, and follow‑up required for correct request management.
- Support the team with operational changes, urgent requests, or last‑minute needs to provide a high‑level client experience.
