UlliDrive the growth of the Solar Module sales business, identifying and capitalizing on market opportunities. /liliConduct in-depth regional market analysis, focusing on supply / demand trends, government policies, competitors’ activities, and the performance of key distributors and installers. /liliBuild and nurture strong business relationships with potential partners including distributors, installers, and consultants, with tailored strategies for each. /liliEstablish quarterly and annual sales targets and ensure these are met through proactive sales initiatives. /liliSupport marketing efforts for regional campaigns such as exhibitions, presentations, and product launches. /liliPrepare regular sales reports for management review, tracking progress against goals. /liliGather and analyze customer feedback, market trends, and input from across the organization to help shape the product strategy and roadmap in the PV module segment. /liliEngage with key industry players in the assigned region to understand their business needs, ensuring our product and service offerings align with their objectives. /liliDevelop customized proposals to respond to customers' tender requirements, ensuring both technical and commercial optimization of our products. /liliIdentify new market segments and opportunities for expanding our product offerings. /liliCollaborate with internal teams (development, delivery) and external suppliers to align on product delivery and schedule expectations. /liliParticipate in product design reviews to ensure product quality meets both customer and internal standards. /liliPartner with field marketing and sales teams to oversee the product launch process and ensure successful rollouts. /li /ulpbKey Requirements : /b /pulliExperience : /li /ulp3-5 years of experience in the solar module industry, with a background working with manufacturers or selling to developers and EPCs (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction firms). /pulliSales Business Development : /li /ulpProven ability to generate sales and develop business opportunities. /pulliProcurement Customer Relations : /li /ulpFamiliarity with customer procurement processes and the ability to craft responses that align with their needs. /pulliDecision Making : /li /ulpStrong ability to define product guidelines, make decisions, and see initiatives through to completion. /ppExperience understanding financial reports, including budgets and product expenditures. /ppbSales-driven, with a proactive and competitive mindset. /b /pulliInterpersonal Skills : /li /ulpAbility to build and maintain effective relationships with both internal teams and external partners. /pulliCritical Thinking : /li /ulpStrong analytical skills to evaluate complex situations and identify the best solutions. /ppIndependent, self-motivated, and able to work with minimal supervision. /pulliOrganization Planning : /li /ulpExceptional planning, strategic thinking, and organizational skills. /pulliTravel : /li /ulpbAbility to travel up to 50-60% of the time. /b /pulliLanguage Skills : /li /ulpProficiency in English and the local language. /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
