You'll monitor market trends and share insights to uncover growth opportunities across markets.Retribuzione / BenefitsBusiness Development: identify, approach, and acquire new marketing investments from B2B clients in premium, fashion, and luxury brands to promote Global Blue's marketing solutionsAccount Management: nurture and expand existing client relationships through consultative selling and tailored proposalsSales Planning: create and execute a sales/marketing plan to hit revenue targets and optimize client portfolioProposal & Negotiation: develop impactful sales proposals, lead marketing negotiations, and secure profitable agreements aligned with company goalsCollaboration: coordinate with Product, Data, and Marketing Operations for campaign execution and client satisfactionMarket Insights: track trends, competitors, and client performance to find growth opportunitiesReporting: monitor commercial results, pipeline, and client feedback to leadershipCross-country Coordination: work with international teams to leverage global best practices and cross‐market opportunitiesResponsabilitàExperience: minimum 5 years in B2B sales and account management within marketing, media, or customer engagement services (other sectors with proven marketing knowledge considered)Sales Excellence: proven track record of meeting or exceeding targetsClient xrdztoy Orientation: strong consultative selling skills and ability to deliver strategic valueCommunication Skills: excellent presentation and negotiation abilities in English and ItalianAnalytical Thinking: ability to interpret client data, campaign KPIs, and market insights to shape proposalsCollaboration: proactive team player capable of coordinating cross‐functional projectsEducation: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferredIndustry Background: experience with premium, fashion, travel retail, or luxury brands is advantageous #J-18808-Ljbffr
