This is a senior, standalone role with full responsibility for translating global marketing strategy into effective local execution, working closely with commercial and cross-functional teams. /ppThis position offers the opportunity to operate at both a bstrategic and hands-on level /b, shaping go-to-market strategies, supporting key product launches, and partnering closely with sales and clinical stakeholders in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3h3Local Marketing Strategy Execution /h3pDevelop and execute a localized marketing strategy aligned with the global direction to drive market penetration and strong product positioning. /ppDefine and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure effectiveness and continuously improve marketing impact. /ppLead the development and execution of the local Annual Marketing Plan (AMP) in alignment with global priorities. /ppDrive new product launches and commercialization initiatives in close collaboration with sales and business unit leadership. /ppContinuously gather and analyze market insights, customer feedback, and competitive activity. /ppShare insights across the organization to inform strategy, refine positioning, and support product development decisions. /ph3Business Performance Management /h3pMonitor business performance and key metrics to identify opportunities, risks, and areas for improvement. /ppProvide clear, data-driven recommendations to support growth, market share, and customer satisfaction. /ph3Customer, Sales Clinical Engagement /h3pPartner closely with the sales organization, including regular field travel, to support customers and identify business opportunities. /ppEngage with surgeons, Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), and other stakeholders to build strong, long-term relationships. /ppSupport customer events, tenders, and sales initiatives as needed. /ph3Medical Education Events /h3pDevelop and execute the local medical education strategy in collaboration with internal teams. /ppAdapt global marketing and educational materials to meet local market needs and regulatory requirements. /ppParticipate in congresses, industry events, and conferences to stay close to market trends and innovations. /ppAct as a subject matter expert for the Trauma portfolio. /ppDeliver product training to sales teams and customers, providing clinical and technical support where required. /ph3Cross-Functional Collaboration /h3pWork closely with sales, marketing, brand, supply chain, and European teams to ensure aligned execution. /ppSupport internal communication initiatives and knowledge sharing across the organization. /ph3Qualifications Experience /h3pBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree or MBA preferred). /pp6+ years of professional experience, with bat least 2 years in a marketing role /b (medical devices strongly preferred). /ppProven track record in: /ppDeveloping and executing successful marketing strategies /ppSupporting new product launches /ppDriving profitable growth at local or regional level /ppStrong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills. /ppExcellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities. /ppComfortable influencing without direct authority in a matrix organization. /ppAbility to manage multiple priorities and projects in parallel. /ppFluent in English; additional European languages are an advantage. /ppHigh ethical standards and strong cultural awareness. /ph3Additional Information /h3pbLocation: /b Italy (ideally near Rome; flexibility possible) /ppbTravel: /b Approximately 50% /ppbGrade: /b 12 /ph3Why Join Stryker? /h3pStryker is a global leader in Trauma, offering a dynamic and innovative environment with strong clinical exposure, continuous learning, and exciting product launches.
