In NIKE Retail stores, we use special names for job roles: store managers are called "Head Coach," assistants "Assistant Head Coach," department managers "Coach," team leaders "Lead," and sales managers "Athlete."

To be a Lead, you should enjoy:
* Using your exceptional customer service skills to provide a top-quality brand experience to our customers
* Coordinating, instructing, and motivating your team and ensuring a positive working environment
* Supporting daily store operations to achieve sales goals (including digital services, visual merchandising, sales area, promotional campaigns)
* Identifying and solving issues with store management
* Acting as a brand ambassador for NIKE initiatives
* Ensuring the store complies with all NIKE standards and guidelines
Our store structures include three Lead roles, as outlined below:
COMMERCIAL
* Supporting a team that provides efficient product reception and accurate inventory in line with visual presentation standards
* Ensuring smooth inventory processes, continuous restocking, and meeting brand standards
* Working with department Leads overseeing specific components like product reception and visual presentation, responsible for visual merchandising execution
* Managing timely launch initiatives and providing regular feedback
* Using reporting tools with department Coaches to make informed commercial decisions
* Leading by example to maintain accurate inventory for digital orders
ATHLETE EXPERIENCE
* Ensuring the team can deliver the highest quality experience (Purpose)
* Collaborating with Coaches on team engagement in NIKE Community Ambassador activities
* Participating in hiring and onboarding processes with store management
* Supporting store programming, including availability, distribution, and shipping
* Promoting and maintaining a positive NIKE culture within the store
CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE
* Leading by example in assisting customers and shaping their journey
* Providing the team with resources to enhance customer service, including digital opportunities
* Completing specific training and sharing it with support services and athletes
* Using data and analytics to inform improvements and build partnerships for ongoing development with store management
