In Job S.p.A. - Milan's Career Center selects for international company specialized in B2B sales of power banks, a figure of **SALES MANAGER** The chosen person, reporting directly to the Italy division manager, will be responsible for coordinating a team of four salespeople engaged in the territorial development of the business and, in detail, to: - Create and implement sales strategies and achieve sales targets shared by the headquarter.
- Analyze market data and trends, adapting sales and customer acquisition strategies.
- Identify growth opportunities in the power bank market in the territory of Milan and province.
- Assign individual and team goals, monitor performance and provide feedback to improve it.
- Plan and coordinate sales activities, ensuring effective territorial coverage and optimizing customer visit routes. **Requirements**: - Proven experience in the role of at least two years, gained in the technology/electronics field or related products industry.
- Prior experience managing an operations team required.
