Responsibilities
* Deliver annual sales, profit and inventory/cycle count targets.
* Execute an action plan aligned with the Franchise and BU objectives.
* Achieve Commercial Excellence and Operational KPIs.
* Manage Area KOLs and stakeholders.
* Achieve tender success by implementing value‑creation strategies.
* Lead a team of direct employees, trade agents and distributors.
* Own the J&J DPS TECA&S portfolio in Centre‑Sud.
* Shape the future of TECA&S Italy within the area of responsibility.
* Co‑operate with supply chain, marketing and inventory teams to ensure excellence in asset management.
* Develop area implementation plans and next‑step actions to close key opportunities.
* Make data‑driven decisions to optimize performance.
* Communicate and reinforce critical messages about DePuy Synthes, the BU and area‑level priorities.
Qualifications
* Master’s degree required; Business, Marketing or Engineering preferred.
* Minimum 6 years of healthcare business/medical device market experience.
* Sales and marketing experience mandatory in medical device market.
* Orthopedic experience required.
* Italian mother tongue; advanced proficiency in English.
* Track record of success in a matrixed, enterprise‑mindset environment.
* Excellent understanding of customers, business intelligence and industry trends.
* Demonstrated leadership in strategic planning and project management.
* Strong business and financial acumen with metrics‑driven performance analysis.
* Excellent listening, written and oral communication skills; ability to deliver persuasive sales presentations.
* Stakeholder management, including influencing and solution delivery.
* Strong problem‑solving, organizational and project management skills.
* Preferred home location: Campania or Puglia Region.
