Description of the Role The Global Merchandising Intern will support the Global Merchandising Team in activities related to seasonal Line Plan creation, management of Line Review meetings, seasonal planning and in-season planning with partners around the world, to achieve merchandising financial targets: turnover, gross margin and stock turns. He/She will have the opportunity to collaborate in both analytical, operational and tactical tasks across different seasonal milestones. The tasks include but are not limited to data preparation and analysis, support data analytics, preparation of showrooms, etc. Key Challenges Line Plan Support in monitoring data accuracy and timely input by different global stakeholders and countries Support in coordinating sample requests for global merchandising showroom Support in sorting and organisation of showrooms for internal meetings and seasonal Line Reviews Seasonal Planning Support in the creation of data sets for hindsight analysis, category planning and assortment planning Assist in the consolidation of assortment plans to drive global results Core Competencies University in progress – preferably in Economics and related fields Good knowledge of Excel Analytical skills Product and fashion oriented Be able to adapt quickly to a dynamic and lively environment Knows how to deal with people and influence them positively Predisposition to work in a team Language Proficiency Very good knowledge of English Other language is a plus Location Possibility of working in Smart Working for part of the week after an initial on‐site training period#J-18808-Ljbffr
