Job SummaryThe Jr. Business Analyst – Global is responsible for analyzing sales data and commercial performance, aiming to monitor business trends and support operational and strategic decisions. The role includes preparing sales reports, controlling pricing, and monitoring profitability. The Jr. Business Analyst – Global also collaborates cross-functionally with various departments, providing professional data support to optimize business results.
Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyze sales data and commercial performance against company targets;Monitor sales trends to identify opportunities and areas for improvement;Prepare periodic reports and manage reporting activities;Support the commercial team through sales analysis and reporting;Create dashboards and KPI analyses to support strategic decisions;Manage and monitor pricing within the ERP system;Verify and update contractual commercial conditions;Monitor margins, considering all key variables;Prepare commercial presentations for management;Collaborate with the Sales Administration team to monitor monthly sales;Perform ad hoc analyses based on business needs;Actively participate in projects to improve company processes and systems, collaborating cross-functionally with the IT department and external consultants.
Required Education/ExperienceBachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, or equivalent;1–2 years of specific experience, preferably in similar industries;Knowledge of SAP/Microsoft Dynamics systems;Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools;Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with Business Intelligence tools
