Position Summary
Role Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and well-organized individual to join our team as a Commercial Assistant. This position is ideal for someone with 1 to 2 years of experience in the tourism industry who is eager to grow in a dynamic and international environment. Prior experience working with tour operators, travel agencies, or Destination Management Companies (DMCs) is highly valued.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the commercial team in managing and following up on key accounts.
Keep the CRM and partner database up to date.
Identify and engage new business opportunities and strategic partnerships within the tourism sector.
Coordinate meetings, commercial presentations, and the delivery of marketing materials.
Assist in negotiation processes and ensure smooth internal communication across departments to maintain accurate and up-to-date information.
Participate in industry fairs, workshops, and events (both in-person and virtual).
Requirements:
1 to 2 years of experience in commercial or administrative roles within the tourism sector.
Strong understanding of the European tourism ecosystem, particularly tour operators.
Excellent organizational skills, results-driven mindset, and problem-solving attitude.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in office tools and CRM platforms (such as HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
Languages:
Required:
Spanish and English.
Preferred:
A third language such as French, German, or Italian.
