Job Description

Pricing and Commercial Excellence Manager


Salary: Competitive base salary and performance-based bonus plan.

Job Responsibilities:

* Leverage insights, design, engineering, and science to develop cutting-edge packaging technologies that enhance brand value for our clients.
* Transform conventional packaging into advanced dispensing systems offering solutions such as precise fragrance applications, mess-free ketchup dispensing for kids, and connected technologies that support patients in adhering to their treatments.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Business required; Master's/MBA preferred.
* +5-7 years of experience in Pricing, Marketing or Sales roles with PowerBI/CRM system expertise highly beneficial.
* Experience in contributing to similar commercial effectiveness improvement projects is a major asset.
* Demonstrated success in driving change and supporting global programs.
* Proven leadership capabilities and team player.
* Assessment of large datasets from a variety of sources.
* Proficiency in a multi-country, matrix team environment.
* Capability in agile methodology.
* B2B manufacturing industry experience preferred.
* Strong reporting and analytical skills.
* Strong Project Management skills.
* Ability to work on different projects with multicultural teams.
* Solid mastery of Excel and PowerPoint, plus an ERP and Business Intelligence software (ideally SAP, QlikView, Power BI).
* Fluency in English (other languages would be a plus).
* Strong written and oral communication skills.
