Job Title: Animal Health Sales Specialist
Description:
* Create demand for our animal health products by delivering value to customers and those influencing their purchasing decisions.
* Maintain strong relationships with veterinarians and wholesalers in assigned territories, providing technical support and guidance on product usage.
* Promote our product range within the designated area, contributing to meeting or exceeding sales targets through effective demand generation.
* Effectively manage territory operations through action planning, account management, expense control, and communication aligned with marketing and sales objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Implement and execute quarterly marketing initiatives as planned and communicated.
* Prepare and participate in business reviews and forecasts to ensure a constant flow of information between key accounts and district managers.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in veterinary medicine or a related field.
* Proven sales experience and ability to influence others.
* Strong initiative, work ethic, consulting approach, and excellent interpersonal skills.
Preferred Skills:
* Knowledge of animal health industry economics and drivers.
* Effective presentation, negotiation, and analytical skills.
* Excellent English language proficiency.
