You will lead the sales function for Rosewood Castiglion del Bosco, shaping the commercial strategy across segments and channels to maximize revenue and profit. You will work closely with the DOSM and Revenue & Reservations to forecast, budget, and optimize yield, while developing a high‐performing sales team. This role blends strategic oversight with hands‐on account management and market intelligence to capture growth in a luxury hotel setting. Retribuzione / Benefits
* Manage and deliver results for own accounts and markets in collaboration with the DOSM
* Collaborate on monthly forecasts, departmental budget, cost controls, and yield maximisation
* Lead and develop the sales team to meet hotel KPIs (GOP, Total Revenue, ARR, Occupancy)
* Achieve room revenue targets and drive lead generation, prospecting and conversion
* Monitor competitive sets and identify new business sources to increase market share
* Forecast requirements, prepare annual budget, manage expenditures, analyze variances and implement corrective actions
* Develop and supervise the sales team, identify training opportunities and maintain effective internal communication
* Attend revenue, profit & loss, marketing and HOD meetings
Responsabilità
* 10+ years of luxury hospitality sales experience
* At least 3 years in a managerial role
* Familiarity with LQA/Forbes standards and Opera PMS
* Fluent xivgfpx in Italian and English (written and spoken)
* Strong attention to detail, polished interpersonal skills and relationship‐building ability
* Team player with a proactive mindset and commitment to internal development initiatives
