What you will do:
* Collaborate closely with colleagues in Customer Success, Sales, Product, and Marketing
* Be the commercial point of contact for a portfolio of clients with strong growth potential
* Lead upsell and renewal strategies (biennial/triennial contracts)
* Monitor key KPIs (ARR and GAR) to drive performance
* Build and maintain strong relationships with internal client sponsors (CFOs and key stakeholders)
* Conduct Executive Business Reviews with high-potential clients
* Act as a trusted advisor and problem-solver in critical situations
* Provide value-added consulting on cash flow management
* Collaborate with the Product team to share relevant customer feedback
What you need to succeed:
* 4–5 years of experience in similar roles (KAM, Account Manager, or Customer Success with a commercial focus)
* Degree in Economics or a related field
* Proven ability to manage and grow client portfolios
* Strong negotiation and relationship management skills with C-level stakeholders (CEO, CFO)
* Comfortable working cross-functionally with technical and product teams
* Nice-to-haves:
* Experience in SaaS or Fintech environments
