About The RoleWe're looking for a visionary and commercially driven Head of Sales – Spare Parts to accelerate growth, profitability, and operational excellence across our global spare parts portfolio for the Industrial and Water segments. In this high‐visibility role, you will lead our global strategy, elevate customer experience, and build a scalable, data‐driven business with strong digital and e‐commerce foundations.Your Main Tasks And ResponsibilitiesDrive Sales & Financial Performance: responsible for order intake, sales and margin performance across all spare parts segments globally.Build global growth plans, campaigns and sales initiatives in partnership with regional sales teams.Present regular business reviews and strategic insights to senior leadership.Equip sales channels with pricing tools, product knowledge, training, and market insights.Marketing on campaigns, catalogues and promotional activities, Product Management on data accuracy, lifecycle management and portfolio strategy, Digital teams on pricing tools, e-commerce capabilities, availability checks and online order tracking.Expand and optimise our spare parts e-commerce platforms.Proven experience in aftermarket/spare parts sales within industrial or water-related sectors.Strong understanding of pricing strategy, commercial governance and sales processes.Experience working with ERP, CRM and digital commerce tools.Fluent in English; other languages are an advantage.Strong career development opportunities in a dynamic, evolving market.
