Key Responsibilities
* Operate and monitor the trading community
* Monitor forex markets, open positions and risk exposure
* Track global economic news, fundamentals and market-moving events
* Prepare weekly market analysis and trade ideas
* Send market outlook reports to the community when needed
* Follow risk management guidelines and maintain consistency in execution
What We’re Looking For
* Expert-level experience in Forex trading
* At least C2-level Italian language proficiency
* Strong understanding of major pairs, fundamentals, technical analysis and risk management
* Ability to work flexible hours, including shift rotations and public holidays
* Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
* Ability to explain your trading strategy clearly and logically
* Highly responsible, detail oriented and disciplined
* Good mathematical and analytical skills
* Proven track record in forex trading with consistent results
* Strong communication skills for reporting and community interaction
