They should be an excellent communicator and leader, capable of managing the store and team with enthusiasm, autonomy, proactivity, and kindness. Key Responsibilities: Drive sales to meet company targets by effectively managing retail KPIs; Ensure adherence to guidelines to achieve store objectives; Build strong customer relationships following CRM strategies; Oversee operations, administration, visual merchandising, stock management, and merchandising procedures as per HQ standards. Team Management: Organize and plan the store floor to maintain productivity and quality standards; Coach and train team members to meet goals and develop their skills; Manage recruitment and onboarding of new staff.
