Customers are at the heart of our business, but our people are the ones who truly make the difference in the service we deliver every day. /p pWe are currently looking for a: /p pbKEY ACCOUNT MANAGER /b /p pMISSION /p pAs a Key Account Manager, you will contribute to the company's growth within the B2B channel. Your mission is to consolidate Carglass leadership by transforming major clients Insurance Companies into long-term strategic partners. Using a high-level consultative approach, you will maximize claims channeling toward our network, optimizing both customer experience and commercial value. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liDevelop and nurture relationships with C-level decision-makers, acting as a strategic consultant rather than just a service provider. /li liNegotiate and renew complex commercial agreements, identifying new business opportunities (cross-selling/up-selling) within the Large Account portfolio. /li liCollaborate with the Growth Revenue team to define pricing strategies and commercial terms for key accounts, ensuring a balance between competitiveness and profitability, while aligning sales proposals with corporate growth objectives. /li liConstantly monitor and analyse sales KPIs (TUR, Average Job Price, Market Share). Translate data into concrete action plans to ensure budget alignment. /li liTo work closely with key accounts to identify additional strategic initiatives in order to strengthen the relationship as well as providing potential new revenue streams. /li liPartner with the Marketing team to implement co-branding campaigns and initiatives designed to improve channeling and brand advocacy. /li liTo provide regular reports for key accounts be they weekly, monthly or quarterly, and to follow up with exception or other reporting needs. /li liTo fully understand the strategy, goals and drivers of the key accounts and to work collaboratively with other areas of the business to ensure that Carglass are able to swiftly react and exploit opportunities that arise. /li liAct as the primary pivot between the Client and internal departments (Operations, Finance, IT) to resolve operational issues, optimize billing processes, ensure that the debt levels are kept to a minimum and ensure top-tier quality standards. /li liTo provide leadership, by role-modelling Company values and managing cross-functional relationships to make things happen, throughout the business as befitting a member of the Senior Management Team. /li liInterface with the Belron Group for the management of International Large Accounts, ensuring alignment with global strategies. /li liMonitor insurance and automotive market trends and competitor moves to proactively anticipate client needs. /li /ul h3Candidate profile /h3 ul li5 years of experience in managing commercial relationships with Large Accounts is required, preferably within structured B2B environments (Insurance, multinationals, large Automotive companies, Financial Services, or public entities) /li liPrevious experience in the Insurance market is considered a strong plus. /li liDegree in Economics, Management, Business Administration or related fields is preferrable. /li liFluency in English is mandatory /li liKnowledge of Salesforce is required /li /ul h3Soft Skills /h3 ul liStrategic Vision: Ability to look beyond single transactions to build long-term value. /li liAdvanced Negotiation: Mastery of complex negotiation techniques and objection handling. /li liInfluencing Skills: Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all hierarchical levels. /li liEntrepreneurial mindset and operational resilience, with a highly proactive approach /li /ul pAi sensi della normativa vigente l'offerta di lavoro si intende rivolta a entrambi i sessi (L. 903/77). /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
