Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and develop new business opportunities in the region.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
* Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve revenue targets.
* Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
* Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product development teams to align business strategies.
* Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients.
* Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and partners.
* Monitor and report on business development activities and performance.
Required Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
* Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
* Strong understanding of the education industry and market dynamics.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
* Fluency in English & Italian; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
