PpBoston Scientific is looking for a Market Development Manager in Milan (hybrid schedule: 3 days in office, 2 days remote). The role supports Endoscopy Division product franchises, driving business growth through market and competitive analysis and strategic marketing plans. Deadline for application: June 19, 2026. /p h3Market Development /h3 ul liDevelop and execute post‑market strategies. /li liIdentify clinical/market trends and suggest new product/marketing opportunities. /li liSupport creation and management of physician training and education programs. /li liDevelop and implement strategic marketing plans for product areas consistent with overall franchise goals. /li liExecute field marketing customer journeys, active presence in field, working with sales reps and clinical specialists. /li liDevelop creative approaches to marketing existing/new products. /li /ul h3Building And Maintaining Relationships /h3 ul liIdentify and develop relationships with key opinion leaders in the field. /li liDevelop and support structure and relationship with sales representatives and management through responsiveness to their questions, needs and issues. /li liDevelop and maintain relationships with key functional areas including clinical and regulatory, finance, commercial contracting, HEMA. /li liMaintain relationships with the EMEA M, communicating market needs and reinforcing Italy presence in the international environment. /li /ul h3Planning And Analysis /h3 ul liDevelop operational product launch strategies and identify product roll‑out strategy with international marketing and sales managers. /li liFranchise/product responsibility for developing competitive strategy and product analysis. /li liAssist in providing market potential/analysis in developing market planning documents that encompass strategic planning and marketing plans. /li liTrack financial performance of product, analyze issues, and develop action plans to achieve revenue objectives with sales management. /li liUnderstand how product profit/loss is impacted by consignment plans, national contracts, etc. /li liDevelop franchise budget (including travel, promotion, advertising, etc.). /li /ul h3Product / Market Management /h3 ul liDevelop and implement promotional activities/materials for the franchise. /li liDefine and execute professional conference strategies and tactics for franchise/products. /li liParticipate in main customer events. /li liDevelop and implement launch strategies, including launch package. /li liPortfolio management, including interaction with Customer Service and collaboration with tender department for technical requirements. /li liFacilitate Physician to Physician training and selling. /li liDrive and coordinate adapted customer journey programs. /li liDevelop downstream sales tools to support sales execution. /li liHelp local franchise sales force with active field support. /li liIdentify and develop new digital ways to better optimize marketing campaigns. /li /ul h3Quality /h3 ul liEnsure awareness and compliance with applicable SOPs to meet, comply and champion all quality and regulatory commitments of Boston Scientific. /li liFacilitate sharing of documents and processes to identify and address complaints or problems, demonstrating high commitment to quality. /li liChampion quality requirements and compliance messages for all events and campaigns. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liAcademic degree in Biotechnology, Biomedical Engineering, Nursing, or related field; Master’s in Marketing is valuable. /li liAt least 3 years’ experience in medical devices marketing, preferably in endoscopy. /li liStrong project management, multitasking, and decision‑making skills. /li liInnovative solutions with critical thinking, delivering measurable results. /li liProactive problem‑solving, eager to learn in a dynamic, matrixed organization. /li liStrong verbal, presentation, and written communication skills. /li liFluent in Italian and written/written English. /li liExpected to reside in Milan area. /li liReady to travel 30% of the time. /li /ul h3Benefits /h3 ul liPermanent contract. /li liInternational work environment. /li liAttractive benefits package. /li liInspirational colleagues culture. /li liTeam‑oriented company culture. /li liOpportunity to make an impact. /li liA fast‑growing, innovative environment. /li /ul pWe, Boston Scientific, are an equal employment opportunity employer.
