We are currently seeking a Brand Manager as part of our dynamic Brand Management team in Milan.
How you will contribute
Collection management and sales analysis:
1. Establish the product strategy on the basis of company strategies in cooperation with the Head of Marketing (product, assortment, pricing)
2. Structuring in coordination with the Design team the annual collection plan for the assigned brands in terms of active and new styles per category combining: market and sales analysis, brand objectives and design developments
3. Prepare detailed product briefs for the design team, summarising market needs, indicating no. of models, main features, pricing and cost objectives
4. Manage consistency between style, positioning, sales conditions and range highlights for all markets in all distribution networks
5. Ensure a constant influx of new ideas in terms of materials, technologies, new product features, co-marketing opportunities or strategic alliances for the product development team through the supplier or consumer analysis
6. Propose the pricing strategy for each brand under management, monitoring its effective rollout while respecting brand image and positioning
Brand Management:
7. Fully understand the DNA of the brand in terms of essence, history, style, values, personality, target consumers in order to become the "guardian" of the brand
8. Develop the annual marketing plan ensuring brand objectives, strategic lines, activities and key facts including quarterly plans by Region
9. Developing the annual communication plan for each brand, managing it in collaboration with the PR & Comm team and relevant Fashion Houses
10. Manage and control the annual marketing budget, allocating the right resources and investments to the various activities in order to achieve the objectives
11. Keeping all internal and external departments aligned and informed of all PR and press office activities, publicity shots, videos, packaging, POS materials, newsletters, etc.
Monitoring markets and competitors:
12. Monitor and analyse the global eyewear market in order to define trends and growth opportunities for the Brands managed
13. Enrich its market knowledge through regular market visits
14. Study local and international competitors in terms of product offering, design, distribution and marketing activities
15. Analysing consumer behaviour worldwide
Commercial support:
16. Prepare presentations for the sales force / customers / brand showroom
17. Developing training tools
18. Support sales by presenting the collection and the brand during brand showrooms, customer meetings (key accounts) and sales force activities
19. Define the collection assortment for each customer segment and region
20. Prepare catalogues, leaflets, training materials to support the sales team.
Who you are
21. 4-5 years of experience in the same role
22. Experience preferably in eyewear, watch & jewellery, beauty & cosmetics, fashion or accessories
23. Master’s degree in marketing or business administration
24. Strong product and fashion attitude
25. Ability to understand current market trends
26. Result-oriented, problem-solving skills
27. Dynamic, proactive, flexible, curious, committed to teamwork
28. Ability to work effectively under pressure or tight deadlines
29. Excellent communication and relationship building skills
30. Excellent analytical skills

33. Fluent in English and Italian, French as a plus.
