Key responsibilities
* Market strategy & pipeline (mainly International)- Design and execute go-to-market strategies for domestic and international markets, identifying priority industries, geographies, and client clusters.
* Build and manage a robust pipeline aligned to revenue and margin targets, leveraging global market intelligence.
* Solution design & proposal writing- Translate organizational needs into comprehensive learning and development pathways that address strategic and managerial challenges.
* Draft high-quality proposals, RFP responses, and presentations, positioning SDA Bocconi as a trusted partner for complex training initiatives.
* Key account leadership- Cultivate and expand C-level relationships with corporates and institutions worldwide, acting as an advisor on leadership development, talent management, and organizational transformation.
* Commercial execution- Deliver revenue objectives, negotiating and closing agreements with clients
* Present SDA Bocconi’s portfolio at meetings, conferences, and international events.
* Stakeholder orchestration- Collaborate with Faculty, Program Offices, Marketing, Alumni, and international partners to co-create impactful solutions and ensure excellent client experience.
* Promote cross-unit synergies with SDA and Bocconi University to enhance the School’s presence abroad.
* Research & knowledge development
* Support the promotion and integration of SDA Bocconi’s research initiatives into corporate solutions, fostering collaborations between companies and Faculty to generate applied research, thought leadership, and evidence-based learning innovation.
* Client success & retention- Develop account plans and loyalty strategies, ensuring delivery quality and measurable business impact.

Qualifications & Requirements
* 8+ years in business development, consulting, or enterprise sales of B2B services, ideally in education, consulting, professional services, or luxury.
* Solid experience in writing proposals and structuring complex, large-scale learning solutions, linking business strategy, organizational needs, and managerial development.
* Broad understanding of business dynamics, organizational challenges, learning & development trends, and market opportunities.
* Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and ability to manage multi-country contexts.
* Excellent relationship building and presentation capabilities.
* Mastery of CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
* Fluent English, at least intermediate Italian; other languages are a plus.
* Degree required (Business/Economics/Communications or related); Master/MBA preferred.
* Availability for domestic and international travel.
