What you will do
As part of Stryker's Neurosurgical (NS), Craniomaxillofacial (CMF), and Ear Nose & Throat (ENT) Business Units, a unique opportunity has arisen for a motivated, driven, and results-oriented Regional Sales Manager to lead both an internal sales team and indirect channels across the Northern regions of Italy.

NS : Responsibilities
* Reporting directly to the BUM, you will lead a sales team to ensure that financial and performance objectives are met.
* Accurately forecast business and develop a sustainable sales pipeline.
* Attract, develop, engage, and lead a high-performing sales team supporting and driving them to accelerate business.
* Support and collaborate with our Enabling Function teams to ensure a smooth Order to Cash process and high levels of customer service.
* Ensure positive and detailed account communication between the team and other in-house teams, providing feedback to senior management as required.
* Develop strategic healthcare systems relationships.
* Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics such as revenue, sales activities, and conversion rates, taking corrective actions as necessary.
* Embrace and enable change to simplify, scale, and innovate.
* Demonstrate proficiency in leading complex sales cycles typically defined as six months or longer, involving multiple partners, decision-makers, and influencers at various levels, while promoting a culture of compliance with regulations and ethical behavior.
* Fulfill the quality policy and comply with the company's standard operating procedures, with particular attention to Vigilance requirements.
Experience
Minimum Qualifications :
* Degree in Engineering, Administration, Sales, or Marketing, or related experience/training in a medical, scientific, or technical field.
* At least 5 years of proven success within a sales and/or marketing role, with demonstrable examples of informal leadership.
* Experience with Medical Devices products.
* Minimum 3 years of experience managing indirect channels.
* Native or C2 level proficiency in Italian with fluent English (C1).
* A track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
* Commercial skills in leading a profit center.
Preferred Qualifications :
* Experience with Neurosurgical and Craniomaxillofacial surgeries.
* Experience with Capital equipment sales.
* Experience managing direct sales teams.
* MBA or Master’s degree.

* Territory : North Italy (Triveneto, Lombardia, Piemonte, Liguria, Sardegna, Toscana, Emilia Romagna)
* Location : Based in major or well-connected cities of Lombardia, Piemonte, Emilia Romagna, or Veneto, with a strong preference for Lombardia.
