As a Technical Account Manager you will report to the Area Sales Manager. Your mission is to maintain the good quality of our portfolio in Emilia-Romagna by using your technical skills to sell our products and services to our customers (body shops, OEMs etc). Responsibilities: - Maintain the relationship with each stakeholder, from distributors (GM, Sales Managers) to body shops (owners, painters). - Give technical assistance and support in case of troubleshooting. - Plan technical follow-ups respecting PPG standards, focusing on key customers. - Plan and take care of the training courses of the customers’ technical sales force, for product and process. - Promote and implement "Business Solution" service offerings from PPG (body shop audit, fast repair etc.) - Present and sell new offers and products to our customers. - Make sure the customers respect PPG policies (methods, materials) Qualifications: - Experience in technical-commercial roles (technical account or similar) - Knowledge of the automotive/industrial field - Technical knowledge of coatings - Availability to travel in Bologna, Rimini, Ferrara - Intermediate English Benefits/Contract: Permanent contract Company car Sales Bonus Health insurance Pension fund ABOUT US: PPG: WE PROTECT AND BEAUTIFY THE WORLD The PPG Way Every single day at PPG: We partner with customers to create mutual value.
