We invite passionate individuals to join our team. /ph3The Role: /h3pThis role involves identifying customer needs for legacy Evoqua ISS products (now WSS Expansion) and offering tailored solutions. Key responsibilities include achieving sales targets through new customer acquisition, promoting products to existing clients, and developing market opportunities focusing on up- and cross-selling. The position requires collaboration with customers, partners, and internal teams, including European stakeholders, to ensure high customer satisfaction. /ph3Principal Responsibilities: /h3ulliManage existing and new prospects. /liliIdentify market potential, qualify accounts, and prioritize based on change, potential, and segmentation. /liliBuild and maintain a network with clients and stakeholders. /liliSchedule appointments with clients and prospects. /liliIdentify customer needs and recommend WSS Expansion solutions. /liliPrepare and follow up on quotations and tenders. /liliServe as the local contact for commercial issues during project implementation. /liliAlign product offerings with customer needs, deliver compelling value propositions, and apply suitable sales approaches. /liliManage customer funnel strategies for direct and indirect channels. /liliCollect market intelligence on competitors and customer feedback. /liliAchieve and exceed sales targets. /liliMaintain accurate records in CRM, including opportunities, contracts, and communications. /liliCollaborate with third-party contractors when needed to support mutual goals. /li /ulh3Requirements: /h3ulliBachelor's or Master’s degree in a technical or commercial field, or equivalent experience. /liliMinimum 5 years in a similar role with comparable products or in the technical sector; industrial experience is a plus. /liliAffinity with technical products, especially in wastewater or clean water treatment, is a plus. /liliFluent in Italian and English, spoken and written. /li /ulh3Other Skills: /h3ulliCross-boundary collaboration /liliAccountability /liliCommercial mindset /liliInterpersonal skills /liliCustomer responsiveness /liliMarket knowledge /li /ulpuContract: /u Permanent, full-time /ppbLocation: /b Italy /ppJoin Xylem to work on innovative water solutions impacting utilities, industry, residential, and commercial sectors.
