Curate, develop, and continuously update the wine list in collaboration with F&B ManagementManage wine inventory, stock control, and supervise purchasing in line with budgetary and brand standardsProvide expert, personalized wine recommendations and food pairings to enhance the guest experienceEnsure optimal organization, condition, and presentation of the wine cellarEngage with guests, sharing wine knowledge and storytelling to elevate the dining journeyTrain and mentor service staff on wine knowledge, service techniques, and brand service standardsEnsure full compliance with health, safety, and company policies
Requirements
Recognized Sommelier certification or a degree in Hospitality ManagementProven experience as a Sommelier in 5-star hotels, luxury resorts, or fine-dining restaurantsExtensive knowledge of international wines and key wine-producing regionsStrong familiarity with local vineyards and premium producersSolid understanding of the winemaking processGood communication and presentation skills in EnglishGood communication skills in ItalianA refined service mindset, attention to detail, and strong interpersonal skills
