We are looking for a Marketing Project Manager to strengthen our Marketing team and help turn marketing strategy into flawless execution. In a highly international environment, you will work alongside the Marketing Manager with a strong operational focus. The role is central to managing day-to-day marketing activities and coordinating complex operational marketing projects. The goal is to ensure continuity, quality, and measurable impact across initiatives, making sure that processes, tools, and deliverables run smoothly and that strategies become reality.
Key Responsibilities
1. Manage marketing processes: trade fairs, ABM and communication, monitoring the operational marketing budget
2. Ensure quality control, follow-up, and governance of operational workflows
3. Produce activity and performance reports
4. Manage trade shows and events end-to-end, ensuring high-quality execution: suppliers and booth design, content and assets collection, timeline (Gantt) and budget tracking, Voice of Customer activities, and post-event reporting
