Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop close relationships with end users, consultants, and specifiers in the Video Security Channel to promote Hanwha and increase sales.
* Achieve sales objectives through market analysis and influencing decision makers to ensure growth.
* Engage in strategic planning for short and medium-term sales, collaborating with the Product Management team.
* Manage and develop the network of partners (integrators and installers) within the Hanwha channel partner program (STEP Program).
* Support Strategic Sales Managers in identifying opportunities within the assigned region and vertical markets.
* Conduct end-user consultations, liaise with system integrators, and keep customers updated on products.
* Increase project pipeline and revenue, create new customer relationships, and report regularly on sales progress.
* Analyze existing customer data, segment markets, and contribute ideas for marketing and product launches.
* Focus on product/channel/customer margins and accurate forecasting to meet budgets and targets.
Requirements:
* Proven success in a business development or sales role, especially in demanding environments.
* Extensive experience with CCTV and related technologies, and ability to present solutions to clients.
* Ability to work independently, understand customer needs, and craft professional proposals.
* Knowledge of the electronic security market, IT & Networking channels, and potential customers.
* Experience with CCTV manufacturers is advantageous but not essential.
* Understanding of network video systems and topology.
* Business or technical degree preferred.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
* Strong relationship-building skills, motivation, and team orientation.
* Organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and solution-focused.
* Self-motivated with good project management and communication skills.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
* Fluent in English and at least one European language.
* Clean driving license required.
Location:
This is a field-based role. Ideally, the candidate will reside in the Milan area or South Italy, with extensive travel within Italy and occasional travel outside Italy.
